Patricia “Pat” Archer

Hello, I am Pat Archer.  As Bobbi’s point person for all closings, my attention is on the details.  Whether you are buying or selling, it is my job to insure that the closing process goes smoothly.  I will insure that there are no surprises and you will be fully informed of all the terms in the contract….. I really love this part of the process, as I am the final person responsible for bringing your dreams into reality.  In addition to my closing responsibilities, I also manage all of our rental properties.

Pat attended Hondros College and received her real estate license in 2003.  She works as a Licensed Personal Assistant to Broker Roberta “Bobbi” Lepi as the Closing Coordinator.  Pat is also a Property Manager Specialist, having completed this designation in 2005.

Pat started her second career with Lepi & Associates in 2003 after retiring from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, with over thirty-four years of service.  She was the Park Manager for the historical Muskingum River Parkway and Blue Rock State Parks.  She resides in Dresden and has a daughter, Megan, who has blessed her with three wonderful grandchildren, Mariah, Madison and William.  She enjoys attending their school events and is an active member of her church, “The Well.”
