Melissa Riley

Hi, I'm Melissa. I work as a licensed personal assistant to Bobbi Lepi and as the listing coordinator for the company managing Bobbi's listings. I work hand-in-hand with the listing process, from pulling comparables to coordinating appointments and meeting clients. I work to keep sellers informed of the current market conditions, the status of their home, and work directly with Bobbi to provide current, up-to-date comparables during the listing process so that each and every seller is well aware of where their property is sitting at on the market and give suggestions/recommendations for any necessary adjustments. I believe selling a home is much more important than just listing with a realtor and putting a sign in the yard. A seller needs to understand the market and where their home falls within other competing properties. Communication is the key to building and keeping relationships and I am an excellent point person to talk to when deciding if you would like to sell your home and what to expect when you list with Lepi & Associates.

Melissa attended Hondros College in 2006 for real estate and received her license in 2007. She works exclusively as a part of the Lepi "team" as the Listing Coordinator and one of 3 licensed personal assistants to the Broker, Roberta (Bobbi) Lepi. She has been employed with the company for over 7 years and enjoys working with the public.

On a personal note, Melissa is a native of the Muskingum County area and resides with husband Keith in Nashport with 4 children... Jake, Jordan, Haylin and Blayne.   She enjoys teaching piano lessons as a hobby on the side, playing softball, and is active musician with the band "Unity of Praise." She attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University from 1998-2003 with studies in Music & Child Development Administration.
